In celebration of the “National Down Syndrome Consciousness Month” in February 2009, DSAPI shall once again strive to raise the awareness of Down Syndrome (DS) to immensely help in educating the public on the great potential that persons with DS possess to enjoy full and decent lives in dignity as well as to achieve higher degrees of self-reliance and social integration.
